We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In order to keep our costs lower, we are unable to bill Medicare, Medicaid or any 3rd party insurance.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or change your order once it has been placed. Please see our Return Policy to arrange for returns.
What are the different types of shipping options OurCareSupplies.com offers?
We ship UPS Ground as our default method of shipping. We offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air as available options.
How are the shipping charges calculated?
We calculate the cost of shipping by the weight and size of the item.
Why do I sometimes receive my order in separate shipments?
In order to ensure the quickest and most efficient time in transit for your products, we ship to your location based on product availability. In some cases, this may result in the receipt of more than one package. Once the order is shipped, an email will be sent with all tracking number(s) associated with your order.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, once an order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be emailed to you with the UPS tracking number(s). Orders can also be tracked online 24 hours a day by clicking on “my account”.
Do you ship internationally and to the US territories (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)?
Currently, OurCareSupplies.com does not ship out the United States or its territories.
What if the items in my order are damaged?
If you receive a damaged item in your order, please DO NOT return the item(s). Please contact us and a representative will assist you in replacing your damaged items. In the event that OurCareSupplies.com requires the damaged merchandise to be returned, we will assume the responsibility for the return shipping charges.
How do I return an item?
New, unopened items sold by OurCareSupplies.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Please return items in their original product packaging. Returns must include a Return authorization number to be accepted by our warehouse. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We cannot accept return of partial cases or any items within a case that have been opened or used. Please see our Return Policy for further instructions.
